Thank you for supporting the mission of the Chester-Andover Family Center during these challenging times with your time and donations.

Our Thrift Shop is closed until further notice.

Our Financial Assistance and food Shelf Programs remain available to our most vulnerable citizens.

Financial Assistance may be requested by calling the Family Center at 802-875-3236. Leave a message and a volunteer will return your call.

Our Food Shelf is open and providing food to Chester-Andover residents. Hunger Free Vermont has responded to Covid-19 with resources for community members. The Vermont Agency of Commerce and Community Development has also developed a Covid-19 Recovery Resource Center.

Due to the “Stay at Home” guidelines, our two funding sources, Chester-Andover Family Center Thrift Shop sales revenue and fundraising events have been shut down.

Your generosity helps us provide our Food Shelf recipients with food, including shelf-stable items, fresh produce, meat and dairy as well as paper goods and sanitation supplies.

We need your continued support to maintain our ability to purchase food weekly. We are committed to keeping our Food Shelf stocked to meet the needs of current and potential Food Shelf recipients.

Monetary donations limit in-person contact and allow us to purchase high quality, nutritional food in bulk.
